I’m not an elections expert (I’d say
@BowTiePolitics is). I just repeat what people tell me and ask questions for a living. This is what I’m told about Herring’s ballot and the questions I still have in light of the explanation.
You seem to pay closer attention to the answers than many. E.g., the difference between “the missing ballot in Bladen County was counted” and “officials say” it was counted. Scrutiny leads to other good questions like was this ballot treated differently from others in the stack?
