I know him well. Don’t have to Google him. Tell me what condemns him. Not what your echo chamber says. What you know.

You know the issues including history of racially motivated politics up through “almost surgical precision.” Appreciate the personal nature of your response, but I make a point to avoid the echo chamber.

The single specific you cite was three liberal judges reversing the opposite fact finding by the district court judge, simultaneously stressing that they did not ascribe racial motivations to a single legislator, after which the leftist AG sabotaged the appeal. Best you got?

No, I also cite his history of racially motivated politics which, to my knowledge, he has never disavowed. As for the decision, I think it was correct, but if you want to point to partisan/biased judges as a problem, then that's also my point, and maybe we've found common ground.

What history? Give specifics, not smears. That’s exactly the point. And BTW, whether or not the decision was correct as a matter of law (and are you saying you’ve studied the underlying law so that you can make that judgment, or just that you like it?) ... /1

I'm saying I agree with it. And I'm not here to give specifics - hence the Google reference.
