Six of the 9 Mecklenburg commissioners are elected in districts now. Districts drawn by the
#ncga in 2011 after there were objections to draft maps that the commissioners proposed to use in the normal statutory redistricting process.

Dan remind me why you urged folks to vote for Havelka over Cureton? Esp when 91% of lawyers said his knowledge of law was good/excellent & 89% said he capably analyzes legal & factual issues (vs. 39% & 38% for Havelka). Any rulings get you worked up? Or just basic partisanship?
