Thanks for the nice shout-out. As mentioned my testimony dealt with the superior court districts.
To be sure, putting district court (junior trial division) elections on the same footing as the superior court was just good policy, ending an irrational practice. But I don't know where to start that discussion with adversaries who oppose even basic voting equality.
