It’s quite rare if not unprecedented for a member of Congress to introduce legislation to protect basic human rights as recognized in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights which the United States signed in 1977 but has yet to ratify. Kudos to you

It is unconscionable that our Congress cannot RATIFY an agreement signed in 1977. How many other agreements are not ratified to this date? Let's vote all incumbents out starting in 2020 and keep it up until we get people who will do their job.

I think most of us are still reeling from the $93 trillion dollar price tag of her last Green New Deal. That being roughly 10% more than global GDP which is about $85 trilion. SMH there literally is not enough money in the entire world.
