“Technical Agile Coaching” usefully describes the work I do. Agile Coaching helps your business to become more successful, often by improving the way you plan and deliver software. Technical Agile Coaching focuses on how people write code. 1/n

We ran the final before the summer break on Tuesday. The theme of the evening was a Tic-tac-toe kata. Let's meet again at the end of August! :)

Welcome to the final gbgcpp meetup before the summer break! We will do a kata together where the goal is to create a console version of the Tic-tac-toe game. Another goal is to share knowledge with each other and have fun. :)

We ran last Wednesday and listened to a talk by Hubert Matthews recorded at ACCU 2019 about optimizing a real-world C++ application. Hubert used perf and valgrind among other tools to find hot spots in his application. Let's meet soon again! :)

I got to see live this week at six years after reading his book. 😀 He spoke about the acronym ZOMBIES and how it can guide on what unit tests to write when doing TDD.

I read the TDD book by back in 2011. I learned how important it is to put feedback loops in place when coding. I will attend his upcoming course in Gothenburg. 🙂 I can recommend anyone interested in TDD to join!
