like i said after the first debate, candidates come to these things with a job, and trump’s job is to arrest and reverse his slide. i don’t think this performance accomplished that, but it didn’t hurt him either. but that is not nearly enough.

I fear Trump came out slightly stronger than Biden. Biden was very strong on healthcare, but I thought Trump managed to get his message out better in most other places.

I’d rate Biden higher than “very solid.” It was the sharpest he’s been all election season, and I thought he handled every question and Trump attack superbly.
