I hear you, but there IS a reason why African Americans STAY in places like Miss. and LA. It's their home! It's really hard to leave everyone in their family, church, job, etc. NO, we have to fix these places. We have to stop this shit.

Maybe, just maybe, people should realize that after doing the time citizens don't owe anything to the state anymore? Maybe second class citizenship is something that shouldn't exit? Maybe you should remember what "no taxation without representation" means? Just a thought.
