      Bloom Lab Retweeted Bloom Lab

A short addendum to my pre-print on early Wuhan #SARSCoV2 sequences deleted from the Sequence Read Archive (https://twitter.com/jbloom_lab/status/1407445604029009923 …), courtesy of an anonymous Twitter user. (1/n)

      Bloom Lab added,

      Bloom Lab @jbloom_lab
In a new study, I identify and recover a deleted set of #SARSCoV2 sequences that provide additional information about viruses from the early Wuhan outbreak: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.06.18.449051v1 … (1/n)

It turns out that mention of the sequencing project in question (PRJNA612766) also disappeared from China National GeneBank (CNGB) shortly after it was removed from the NIH Sequence Read Archive. (2/n)

The submitters can delete the sequences that they submitted earlier by themselves. The NIH doesn’t have to do anything.

Your italian colleague @RobertoBurioni suggested, if i didnt misunderstand gis thought, that maybe the chinese scientists themselves were afraid about their findings and deleted it. Is it plausible explanation in your view?

A reasonable & horrifying hypothesis in light of the evidence is that Fauci/NIH funneled $ to Dacsak to perform GOF virological experiments illegal in the US, being conducted at WIV, which somehow escaped from the lab & were unleashed on the world, thus a multi national coverup.

but is it normal that a person or a organization delete gene patterns from a genetic bank ? this information is critical for entire world! Is there any over world organization monitoring about critical national genetic banks?is there any auditing log about who add delete data?
