If 2 GOP senators voted against Farr's nomination today, along with all Dems, it would go down. Before Thanksgiving break, I reached out to the GOP senators I think are most likely to vote no, if any will: Collins, Murkowski, Scott and Flake. No answers from any.
Here's some background on Thomas Farr, who helped draft North Carolina's egregious voter ID law in 2013. Last thing I'll say about Farr's chances of getting thru is that GOP senators hardly *ever* vote against any of Trump's court picks. But Flake has vowed to vote against all of em now.
