A Stanford Law student sent out this objectively hilarious FedSoc parody (“The Originalist Case for Insurrection feat. Josh Hawley”) and the FedSoc chapter filed just about the dumbest, whiniest complaint imaginable, and now the guy’s degree is on hold pending an investigation 🙃pic.twitter.com/iiokPL4EgP

Unbelievable that these mewling free speech keyboard warriors talk all the time about how they’re brave cancel culture victims and then the second someone dunks on them they immediately snitch to the mods

Real life loling that the same goofuses complaining about “Insurrection and Originalism” ACTUALLY put on a “Presidential Power and Originalism” lecture last month with [checks notes] noted torture enthusiast John Yoo https://law.stanford.edu/federalist-society/ …pic.twitter.com/Jewt3RQpOM

It is hard to imagine a worse, seemingly legitimate organization, than the Stanford Law chapter of the Federalist Society.

Looks like it was the chapter who did that, not the national org. national org usually rolls w it. Degree shouldn't be on hold, but it was reasonable to comaplain about it bc of all the probs it caused for the the org
