Are the propellers at all reflective? If so that would really mess up your tracking.

Not particularly reflective, but I’m guessing at the rotation speed all kinds of weird effects might ensue.

I would guess vibrations freak the IMU out a fair bit :p Or maybe even the optic timing!

I suspect it's RF interference from transmitter, and possibly motors. Someone suggested isolating vibration... More testing!
