Another Evri fail - I won’t be ordering from again for as long as they continue to use this awful courier company. Original order never made it out of their delivery depot, replacement now delayed. No confidence in it ever arriving.

Don’t you think you should be proactively monitoring your network rather than reacting to users flagging up issues? I appreciate what you’ve done to upgrade the ecotricity chargers but it’s obvious your infrastructure isn’t quite up to the job yet. Thoughts?

. another massive fail on your network. Connect ok, card read on, stuck on “starting”. Called, on perma hold - really disappointing. You’ve got to do better

. have I got this wrong or is this just easy money for the dealers, especially if you have a leased or pcp car? Pretty sure if I owned outright I wouldn’t be getting my car serviced much/at all…

My Ioniq (38) just had its first service at 10k today. Not expensive but feels like the priciest car valet and coffee I’ve ever paid for. No issues with the dealer but can’t help feeling that services on an #EV are next to useless. V smug to be spot on with the mileage though

This is great to see! Definitely some positives from these winter storms.
I’m sickened and saddened by the video allegedly showing abusing his pet cat. But sadly not surprised. Many indulged PL football stars seem to believe that rules/laws don’t apply to anyone them. Shame on them on &perhaps on us for indirectly paying their huge wages.

. Why are EV manufacturers focusing on putting ever bigger batteries in their cars vs aiming for efficiency gains? Easier to do? Better headlines? Responding to market demand? No ICE car sells on size of tank 🤔

internet download speeds barely in double figures- not acceptable when I’m paying for a theoretical 300Mb/s speed. Upload is better but significantly under the promised speed. Is there a problem in the Colchester area?

Please confirm where I need to send/submit my taxi fare receipt as I can no longer get a lift home getting the station. I'm so unimpressed with your service; not had much cause to use the train service over the past 15 months but it's as bad as ever. Unreal.

Surely the Education Secretary's position is now untenable? An utter shambles. Pupils whose 1st choice courses are now full still facing injustice.
I can scarcely believe the incompetence of this Cabinet, and I really can't believe the lack of political nous.

I've seen this so many times in my career in "Big Corporate" but rarely in SME sized businesses. So does size matter and is bigger not best? Or do we need better leaders, mgrs & reward systems? BBC News - 'Self-promoters' do nothing but get ahead at work
