Watching with interest. Catalunya has 'comunidades' throughout the region- an organised community network broken up by skills and interests. Very tribal in essence.

Stranger Things season 3 mall scenes somewhat capture what being in Plaza Las Americas in Puerto Rico is like, yet fall woefully short. Plaza is a sprawling temple to consumerism bespectacled in countless sensory indulgences. Socially pervasive consumer culture is hard to unroot.
