What kind of jerk sticks null bytes in their tweets?

I had to put in some extra logic to remove them. PostgreSQL doesn't allow null bytes at all, so it throws an error when it encounters one. I will say that if you plan for a dozen ways that something can fail, it will find a thirteenth!

Thank you! Eventually I would like to get all kinds of scientific data aggregated so that people can easily find data, run various filters, etc. It's a long road but I get a little closer each day and with each line of code.

Also, I really love the tools you guys are putting out there for people. Google really is catching up and even surpassing Amazon with some of the features and services that you have. Keep it up! Your tools make the work I do far easier at times.

Me, too! IT / Software engineering is a constantly evolving field and there are new concepts and technologies constantly evolving. It's a lot of fun to be in this industry but it is also very demanding intellectually -- always trying to keep up with the latest advancements, etc
