This is an academic study of an echo chamber and many are so deeply entrenched in false beliefs that I would not know where to start.

The quickest approach would be to dissolve the community/infosphere. This would force them to disperse, and is low cost for /r/ communities

I’d like to see better tools developed that are open so that platforms like reddit, Twitter, FB, et al can moderate falsehoods

We should brainstorm together sometime. We need to develop tools to detect bots and detect the spread of misinformation.
