The cop that assaulted that nurse needs to be terminated full stop. There's nothing to discuss. It's a breach of civil rights and wrong.
I disagree. He need to be terminated and then arrested for assault....then full stop.

Indeed, goesbeyond civil rights. Detective Payne committed crime explicitly proh. in UCC. Loss of job, fine + probation are appropriate.
