Our FIOS internet is down. It keeps connecting and getting stuck on PPPoE and then retrying. Sending packets out but not receiving packets

Do you have a tooth pick or paper clip? We need to hard reset your router. ^CAR

On the back on the router, there is a red pin hole that says reset. ^CAR

Take that object and push in the hole and hold it until all lights in front of the router goes off. ^CAR
