Has a company ever gone from private to public back to private and then public again? An IPO is initial public offering -- what's it called if you do it a second time? SPO?

Dell computers was public then went private in 2013 then re-IPO'd in around 2018.
An second public offering is a real thing, but it isn't used to describe this situation
