merged with NCRI several years ago and luckily I've had a fantastic team to help when things got more stressful. We were able to raise substantial funds to move most of the Pushshift architecture into a proper COLO and we are continuing to transition services to the new location.

I'm starting to get back into a much better place mentally and getting more assistance with my dad's condition while also supporting my mother with her anxiety and depression dealing with her own mother. When we are born, we don't get a "life manual" to accompany our journey...

Anxiety & depression are daily battles and has been for a number of years, I've microdosed mushrooms for about 6 months due to anxiety and depression and it helped. Look up flanniganspores on Instagram, he’s got the best tips and stuff for microdosing. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I've heard so much amazing research on this and my therapist brought it up a while back. It definitely sounds like a promising avenue to help with depression. Maybe we could chat for a bit sometime next week if you have time?

The crazy thing about depression is that I didn't even know I was suffering from it. I didn't have thoughts of self-harm or anything like that. But the weight was just growing until I started having constant nightmares every night where I would be chased and then tortured in some

Well it really sounds like you're going through a lot mentally, safe to say I've been there too at some point I guess. I too had to really reach out and seek the help I really needed, well my doctor advised me to go ahead and try them and it's not bad that I want to. They -
