Hahaha back in the 80s when pcs wouldn't boot complaining about a parity error, you opened the case and pushed all the ram chips on the motherboard back securely into their sockets. They used to creep out a bit due to thermal cycling.

I think there was an apple product where the official recommend fix was to slightly lift the entire computer evenly parallel to the table and then dropping it two inches down.
