Yes -- I met the Reddit CTO at a conference at MIT several years ago and they do know what I do and last I heard some of them actually use the search functionality :)
"they do know what I do" -- that's a bit different from saying you got consent. And you didn't address the copyright issue. copyright.gov/title17/92chap
