Celsius has paid off maybe 2% of their outstanding debts. The only reason they’re paying these off is so that they look more appealing to whoever they’re trying to sell their company to. (Goldman Sachs) Bankruptcy is likely going to happen very soon.

It isn't FUD. It is what it is. Celsius is done. They're in the process of finding a buyer and claiming bankruptcy. It sucks for a lot of people, but all I see here are the anger and bargaining stages of the five stages of loss / grief. I hope everyone can move on. It sucks.

Look at the news. Goldman Sachs would not even be involved if there wasn't serious problems. I've seen this play out over and over since the early 90s when I first started investing. Celsius was just an early bank for crypto without regulations. Regulations exist for a reason.

When you see people make tweets like, "I saw them do this, so maybe it will be ok?" -- that's the bargaining stage or shades of it. They're not fine -- they made highly speculative bets and got screwed hard. No one can make 15%+ interest a year and have the principle be "safe."

Exactly. People are upset because it affected them. It affected me. But that doesn’t obscure my educated opinion that there is no recovery from what they caused. This isn’t Rome, this is Pompeii

Yep. Celsius was something you might gamble 1% of your portfolio in but a lot of people seemed to have put everything into Celsius and that must really sting. I feel so bad for them and I hate being the person to be the bearer of bad news but it is over.
