Has anyone else noticed a huge drop in performance from over the past two-three years? It used to be overnight packages would rarely ever be late and now around 20-30% of our overnight deliveries via USPS are multiple days late.

It has gotten so bad that we just don't use overnight any longer because it is a waste of money or we'll go with FedEX or UPS if we definitely need it to get there the next day.

Yep. It has been gutted and performance has been driven down to try and open the door for privatization
