if my data is removed from pushshift, will it also be removed from unddit, archivesort and other platforms? Also, will you share the removal requests with AS?

I don't run those sites but my knowledge about those sites is that they use the Pushshift API so yes, it should propagate to them instantly unless they're either caching responses or are using their own database.
