That is really cool architecture! Has some elements of brutalist architecture. I wonder how old that library is? Looks like late 50's or 60's?
Wikipedia suggests 1989, although this room might be later. They have (I hate to think had) amazing collections, Jewish Musical Folklore (1912-1947) was inscribed on UNESCO's Memory of the World Register in 2005 (source: Wiki)
