This is wonderful news but I'm curious how Putin will interpret these actions. Will he use this as a pretext to claim Western countries are interfering in the war and that Western countries are sanctioning these volunteer forces?

He's already blowing up commercial ships from NATO countries, so all this does have consequences. I wish NATO countries weren't so overt about this. Do it like in the old days, clandestine arming of resistance. Where's Charlie Wilson when you need him?
