If by bulk you mean the monthly data dumps, we are processing them now and will start adding the new monthly dumps in the next week. If you meant the API, you are welcome to use it as much as needed. I'm also happy to speak with you early next week if you need any help.

Okay, great. I think those data-dumps are the right path. I can't seem to find API documentation for twitter. Only this page. ( pushshift.io/twitter-user-s ) - Would you point me to the API for twitter users?
