If you use USPS informed delivery and you've noticed that the packages tab isn't showing any packages lately, it is currently broken. My best guess is that the Covid-19 tests being run on their servers is backing up a lot of other scripts including the one that updates packages.

What this means is that you will either not get updates on new packages to your address at all, or you will get sporadic updates and/or see those packages disappear once they are on your informed delivery page.
USPS has been silent -- past 4-5 days now.
