If Twitter becomes another FB /Instagram / wtc. walled garden, it's time to create a new socially responsible social media platform that encourages and appreciates researchers, helps prevent disinfo from spreading, etc. It's high time this happens and I'm ready for the challenge.

Working on it. :-) So are lots of folks. But we could benefit greatly from funding, support, and legislation that makes it easier to interoperate with existing platforms.
