One more quick update. There is some type of glitch in the FIOS router that sometimes causes a 3-5 second pause in responding to requests (this happens every ten seconds or so). We've purchases a new Verizon router that supposedly will solve this issue and plan to install soon

I've been seeing a lot of timeouts when accessing the zst files, this is probably why 🤔

Yep! They had some major outages over the past couple days because someone apparently cut one of their major fiber trunks.
