As someone who has thought of the idea of switching, can you name some pros for you after switching? Is it strictly health related? Environmentally conscious decision? Animal rights? All of the above? more?

Its not health related in the sense that I have any known condition that’s relevant, but I do physically feel a lot better. I also eat + cook a lot more interesting food, which is a great benefit. The environmental benefits reinforce the decision for me, as do the 1/n

Yeah I've seen some horrible videos. I've also read that water consumption just for meat is immense in California especially and that meat in general has huge carbon costs compared to a veg lifestyle.
