What tag label would you give someone who is anti-vaxx, earth is flat, moon landing was faked, 9/11 was an inside job, etc. Should their be sub-categories (different flavors of conspiracy thinking, etc.)

I have a category for Postmodern Conservative, and a tag for COVID-19 denialist, and routinely find myself upgrading from mere COVID-19 denialist to full PoMoCons categorisation. So I have a hybrid presentation for that correlation.
