I'd like to think an 8, but some of the 9s or 10s are so far into another intelligence headspace, it's like you have to speak Bynar to understand them.

From my experience working with you, I'd definitely put you at a solid 8. I reserve 9 and 10 for people who basically contribute to the project and know things about the OS that are super esoteric.

As the IT industry continues to expand and specialize, someone who knows "a little of everything" is a rare breed that gets even more rare each year. Your specialized knowledge of big data still impresses me.

I think out of all the various projects we worked on, by far one of the most annoying things we dealt with were Docker apps. I'm sure Docker has come a long way, though.

Docker, when used right, works beautifully. Sadly, there are some places where mission critical apps would fail. It's kind of like, yes, you CAN run your infrastructure entirely on Raspberry Pis, but sometimes you shouldn't.
