Does anyone know of a website that has information for all politicians in the US including their birth dates and their social media accounts? I'd be interested in finding out what the average age is for people in congress based on political affiliation, gender, etc.

WikiData has this, eg for Senate: wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata: each politician usually has a twitter id too.
The hard part is figuring out a query like w.wiki/xbV (This one is from the WDQS link on the html page) my SPARQL✨ is too tarnished and dull to help you, sorry.
