We are (frantically) working to get the Parler data indexed for researchers. We will not be indexing PMs or any other private data from the dumps for ethical reasons but once we are able to locate a copy of just the Parler tweet data, we will get it into Elasticsearch.

To be fair, having also been on the other side and interviewing candidates: there are a LOT of bad ones out there. Holy gees. And don't get me started on developers: I am a middlin' programmer and even I know crap code when I run across it.

Dude -- you aren't kidding. I think you were there when we were interviewing people together? I remember 95% of the people couldn't even get through the most basic questions during a phone interview.

Honestly, interviewing people for a position can be so stressful. I never realized how many incompetent liars were out there until we started the first round of phone interviews.
