I've found it to be difficult to get global weather data via an easily searchable API -- so Pushshift will start collecting weather data including historical weather for 10,000+ weather locations globally (starting next year).
The goal is to have 50+ years of reliable weather

So long as it was easy to search, just having the most basic data would be awesome. Temp, RH, pressure, cloud cover, etc.

Is there collected forecast data as well? It would be interesting to see if predictive meteorology has improved.

4D (lat, long, alt, date) data across the globe.
NOAA provides already this kind of data for temperature and humidity, but not via a nice API.
I don't have the link at hand but I can find it, if interested.
