Would any researchers be interested in getting a full day's worth of tweet ids that they can rehydrate to get a data on what a day in the life of Twitter looks like?
In order to abide by Twitter's TOS, this would have to be for research purposes. I would only be able to provide

Keep in mind that with a tweet id, you can still get the time that the tweet was made -- so just from tweet ids, you can graph the activity of Twitter for a day using just tweet ids (I can share the formula on how to do that).

To get the time in epoch milliseconds of when a tweet id was created, you can use this formula:

I see that we passed it in mid-September.
I didn't work on any data after that point, it seems.
Also, I'm surprised I didn't see any mention of that on Twitter, I guess I don't follow enough nerds.
