on the time it would normally take them to explore various ideas, theories, hypothesis, etc. Third, to provide a robust platform that enables researchers to dive into data across a decade or more timespan and to aggregate data in multiple ways.

One of the biggest goals for me is to cut down on the amount of time researchers spend on "weeding out" bad ideas from the good ones and to fast track the exploration process to make using big data as painless as possible.
Honestly, this should be fun and not monotonous.
