I've read a man should drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. Has anyone ever measured just how much water 64 ounces is? That's half a gallon of water. What if he's just in an office not sweating much? Wouldn't that much water throw off your electrolyte balance?

Bowl of cereals: 30cl milk
3 coffees: 25*3 = 75cl
3 glasses of water at lunch and diner: 20*6 = 120cl
So my baseline is 2.25 liters = 1.3 half gallons.
Then, when office was a thing, I was mindlessly drinking water out of a bottle while working.
Didn't pick the habit at home.

One thing I noticed is once you realize that tiredness can be a symptom of dehydration, you pick the clue and drink more often.

Damn, that's a REALLY good point. Lethargy can be as simple as a symptom of not getting enough hydration throughout the day.
Thanks for the reminder!
