I've read a man should drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. Has anyone ever measured just how much water 64 ounces is? That's half a gallon of water. What if he's just in an office not sweating much? Wouldn't that much water throw off your electrolyte balance?

It's all bollocks.
Drink when you're thirsty.
Tea coffe and the rest are all fluid and count.
It's long been kicked down by nutritionists & physiologists as a scam to sell bottled water.

I just drink until my pee is a light shade of yellow. If it's clear all the time, that feels like I'm over doing it. I don't know -- is clear pee all the time bad?
