This was really bad UX. These alerts should not wake people up. It is not actionable at 4:30AM. & google-android won't fix it until this happens a few times to some Product Manager in California.

I got that same alert last night! Scared the shit out of me because my phone makes a weird alarm that sounds like something that would accompany a message stating the world was ending shortly.
