The other day there was an earthquake right in my county. It was a small one, but strong enough to be felt. It is quite a time -- earthquakes here on the east coast, fires raging on the west coast, hurricanes hitting the gulf coast, etc. We have exhausted the 2020 seasonal names

for tropical storms this year. Global warming / climate change is accelerating. There was a massive chunk of ice that broke off of Greenland's ice shelf the other day. There are now "methane bombs" exploding in the melting permafrost.
Our time to act is now -- we cannot wait to

implement changes to combat climate change. There are processes happening now that are accelerating the effects of climate change. It is not too late to start making massive changes, but we need to act today. We can't afford to put off action any longer. This planet is our home.
