v1.1 statuses/filter: 400 keywords + 5000 keywords
v2: 512 characters x 25 rules

Those numbers are not representative of what will be available in the academic research product track when it is launched. Those numbers are only representative of the initial Basic access tier

So the initial Basic access tier offers us *substantially* less data than the current free streaming api, which had it's rate limits defined *years* ago when twitter was 1/10th it's current size... This is nonsense.
