Over half an hour after requested I DM them for assistance, I have still not had anyone respond to my inquiries. This sucks as I am completely locked out of my account!

It is so aggravating. They asked me to DM them and I did and 45 minutes later I still haven't received a reply from them. I used to think they had great customer service but now I'm doubting that.
