It *might* be possible to find all the accounts created in a period, I think, maybe using the "snowflake" (sic) algo - would probably know - but beyond my capabilities, I'm afraid.

For tweets, Twitter generally has 15-20 servers active at any one time. Using their Snowflake id creation logic, we could limit the number of ids we would need to check substantially. We could scan an hour of timeline in under a day most likely.
