What a coincidence! Makes you wonder how many accounts he/she/it/they created between 22:23:03 and 22:49:17.

It *might* be possible to find all the accounts created in a period, I think, maybe using the "snowflake" (sic) algo - would probably know - but beyond my capabilities, I'm afraid.

Technically it should be possible to get a list of all accounts created within a certain time frame with the following caveats:
1) The range of time would need to be small.
2) User ids use Twitter's "Snowflake" implementation so all possible ids can be scanned.

If the original user deletes their account, we wouldn't be able to see that account. Basically we would only be able to see active accounts (active meaning not suspended, removed, etc.)
What time frame are you interested in exactly? (How large is the frame?)

Probably an hour or two.
This popped up in connection with a small nascent fake acct network that appeared a couple of weeks ago, & I spotted yesterday.
But I've wondered about this for a while, as we often find block-created fakes in largeish follower lists

An hour or two timeline is completely doable. In fact, I've been meaning to write a small script to do a user scan. I need to check if Twitter imposes any additional rate limitations for user lookup (I don't think they do).
If I write the script, I'd be happy to give you a copy
