Trying to figure out a way to get an arrival time distribution of twitter engagements. You can do it for retweets and mentions for one person a day at a 20 second resolution with the API. But likes accessible outside of enterprise level.

Of course, I assume likes belong to the same distribution, so that's probably okay. But having them would make the distribution much more robust much faster.
TBH I think the easiest way may just be snooping on the web client.
