Here's what I would do for my education reform platform if I became president:
- Federally mandated minimum for per-student education expenditures (adjusted yearly for inflation, etc.)
- Free school lunches
- Immediate 10% pay increase across the board for all teachers

- Highly subsidized college tuition
- Student loan repayment for all teachers who stayed in the system for 5 years
- $1,000 in discretionary spending for each teacher per year
- Decouple school district investment from property taxes (bullshit system to begin with)
