appears to be some kind of web outage right now, which itself is affecting the sites I use to check that there's an outage. anybody else experiencing this?

all sorts. can't log into cloudflare. plex also down, not even in dns. isitup is not up. etc etc. I wonder if this is ISP related or worse. I'm experiencing this with FiOS (in two different locations--TeamViewer is still up as of now)

My Fios in Baltimore area is down. Appears to be routing and or DNS issues. I switched to mobile and I can't resolve a lot of sites.
